Adapt activities for cognitive, sensory, and mobility needs, using assistive technology and environmental mods
Facilitation & Group Dynamics
Apply effective facilitation techniques: icebreakers, peer leadership, and co-creation with service users
Manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and foster a sense of community
Risk Management & Safeguarding
Conduct activity-specific risk assessments and implement control measures
Ensure consent, dignity, and safety are central—recognising when to adapt or pause activities
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback through surveys, observation, and reflective discussions
Analyse attendance, engagement levels, and wellbeing outcomes to refine future programmes
